Traveling as Couple
The hotel staff was very friendly at check in and the house keeper was friendly too. When we were in the parking lot to leave the GM was out there and he helped us carry our luggage up to our room on the 5th floor. Not too many GM would do that. Only thing I didn't like was the hot tub not working and the way the bathroom door opened in the sleeping room. I would stay there again when going to that area. ...read more

The hotel was everything we expected it to be. We has stayed in other courtyards and it very reassuring to know the quality and standard are always the same.

Finally, a hotel where the air conditioner works on the top floor when it's hot outside! Polite and helpful front desk people. Punctual wake up calls. Delicious food through room service and prompt delivery. Didn't use the dining room.) Maid service goes above and beyond. (They practically re-packed all the clothes I left out.) Family with Young Children
Excellent hotel for the price. My husband and I along with our 3 children enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. The room was very clean and was a good size for our family. The only thing we didn't' like was it didn't offer free complimentary breakfast, which most hotels do. ...read more

We liked it, the staff was nice. Wish I could have stayed a little longer. We were only there about 4 or 5 hours then we had to catch a really early flight.

Traveling as Couple
In short: if you are just sleeping there it is ok. Some things were a hassle-like the bathroom door wouldn't stay open, kind of cramped quarters but all in all-a good deal for the money.
